Muscle pain and spasms in my shoulders, back, knees, wrists, calves, and arch of foot

Defendant: Levaquin (ruptured tendon)

I have taken levaquin on and off for about 5 years. Usually 500-1000mg for Sinus and upper respiratory infections. I have been in and out of the doctor for these pains thinking it was arthiritis related or something else. I have had many MRI's and scans to determine the problems. I have been treated with steroids, cortisone, NSAIDS, and antibiotics to treat symptoms, but never the cause has been determined. I am still in pain to this day and the illnesses are adding up. I am on Levaquin right now and have just started experiencing new symptoms in my calves that I have never had before. Also, the ringing in my ears and jaw pain has been getting worse.
