Repeated lamp failure in Toshiba 52HM95 DLP TV.

Defendant: Toshiba DLP Television (defective product)

Have had the $2300 TV 2 years now, and am ordering my fifth replacement lamp. The 1st one blew after 2 months, and was replaced under warranty. The next one lasted less than 6 months, but Toshiba refused to replace it, because original warranty had expired. New lamps seem to last just over 6 months before blowing out, at a cost of $200 to $450.
