No rebate; poor service; overcharged twice for shipping of receivers. Customer service is a joke; waited 3 hours twice on the phone to no avail.Submitted 2008-06-30Defendant: DirecTV cancellation fee Direct TV offered me $39.99/month and when one week later I got my bill it was jacked up to $54.99 per month. When I called to straighten it out I was told that there were no rebates at this time and they would not honor their promise or advertising. -- New Jersey |
