I feel I won $10,000.00 and they claim I didn't

Defendant: Hoosier Lottery

I purchased a $10.00 scratch off Slots of Money. I got two Wild symbols and a foot. The prize is $10,000.00. They claim "Wild" is not "wild". The game does not say this and the rules are not posted on their web site. I feel the game replicates a slot and Wild should be wild and I'm due the money and all others in a similar situation should be paid.
