My mortgage has more than doubled due to inaccurate billing by Countrywide for property tax bills.

Defendant: Countrywide Home Loans

Indiana was reassessed for property taxes in 2007. My tax bill was submitted directly to Countrywide by the assessor, however Countrywide has more than doubled my tax bill, despite the tax bill clearly indicating my annual taxes are not $8000. My home is valued at $165,000 and my mortgage is now $2800. I cannot afford those payments and fear I will lose my home, as Countrywide will not correct the error.
