Want to cancel membership - they say I cannot.

Defendant: SMC Specialty Merchandise Corporation

I signed up with this company in December of 2007. I have not made any money but lost a lot. Their pushy tactics are very deceitful as far as making money. I decided it just was not for me and I told them I wished to cancel my membership and they said I could not that I am obligated until December of 2008. This will include debiting my account for 39.99 per month which I do not have at this time. I want to start a class action suit and use them as an example and put an end to these shady companies that take all and give nothing.
