Vytorin (fraudulent marketing) and all of possible side effects were not indicated

Defendant: Vytorin (fraudulent marketing)

Three months of collagenous colitis (severe diarrhea day & night) & painful gastric intestinal inflammation caused by Simivastin drug in Vytorin. Accumulated over $4,000 of medical debt to date for testing. (total still pend insur. payments). Required steroids to help clear up the symptoms even after stopping the Vytorin. I'm looking for reimbursement for medical bills & medications.
