My car hit a tree, rolled over and fell into the river after I was thrown out, and the air bags never deployed and the seat belt was slightly broken.

Defendant: Un-crashworthy Vehicles

Broken left shoulder blade, "traumatized" muscles of the body (especially on the left arm), bruised lungs, internal bruising of the lower back and left hip, stitches required on the forehead and top of scalp (cut stopped a layer before where the brain is), bruised neck and back, stitches on left arm, internal bleeding in the spleen, cuts and bruises on the body.
