My wife has taken Ortho-Evra since 2005 and she had a medium stroke on May 3, 2008 with no prior health problems.

Defendant: Ortho Evra (blood clots, stroke, heart attack)

She suffered a stroke in her right brain and is now bed ridden and can not work for at least two months. We have a 3 year old daughter at home, and we also did not have insurance at the time of the stroke and are afraid that we may never be able to get insurance from this point forward.
