Working off the clock and not being paid for it.Submitted 2008-05-01Defendant: UPS I am a part time supervisor with UPS and have been working off the clock for over two years and have not been paid for it. My scheduled start time is 4 pm. I receive phone calls and text messages all day long from my boss and from other employees. I have also stayed late to finish my work at least four out of five days for the last two years as well. Every time I try to put overtime on my check, my boss has me take it off. I recently told them I have had enough and I was putting my overtime on my check and leaving it on. Now I am in jeopardy of losing my job. -- California * The views printed here do not necessarily represent the views of LawyersandSettlements.com but are solely the views of the author.
