Hours of frustrating time spent trying to get them to rectify their failures. 2, $5000 jobs missed because of missed calls (redirected to voice mail and delayed in sending). Navigator service dropped me in the Bronks, at midnight, on Sat. night. My first trip to New York ruined. Many apologies, no "solutions that work" or "fix it the first time". False advertising. Harassment from obnoxious, computer generated calls at night and on weekends. Refusal to stop harrasment from computer. Denial of facts and constant lies and misleading statements. I have names and dates documented.
