I had a colonoscopy done at Endoscopy Center of S. Nevada and now recently tested positive for Hepatitis B.

Defendant: Endoscopy Center of Southern Nevada (hepatitis C outbreak)

I was told by a friend who lives in Vegas about the outbreak, I now live in Washington state. I went to get tested last week, and tested positive for Hepatitis B. I am not a drug user and am faithful to my wife. I am a plumber, but I have always protected myself when dealing with sewage related issues. I had my procedure done there around September in 2005. I believe it was at the Shadow Lane clinic. It was like a puppy mill, there were people waiting in the hallway. I should have stayed with my gut instinct and ran away! I am having problems obtaining my records, being siezed by Metro P.D. and was told by the Las Vegas heath dept. that it might be impossible because I now live out of state. PLEASE HELP!
