Defendant: Las Vegas Hilton & Star Trek Experience

A recent experience with this ride left my neck and back in pain.

This ride has a warning that includes pregnant women, and individuals with back and heart problems.

This ride DID NOT include any verbiage that riders would be thrown around in their seats and/or that this is a violent ride.

I received a refund for the ride, but spent the next few days recovering from significant back and neck pain.
