I rear ended an almost stationary van while going 60 or so mph on a highway and my airbag failed to go off.

Defendant: Un-crashworthy Vehicles

My passanger airbag went off with no one in it, but my drivers side didn't. My internals are hurting very bad, bad whiplash, bruised ribs, neck, etc. I hit the van squarely with my front, squarely on his back.
