Defendant: Credit Card Rate Hikes (abusive fees and rate hikes)

I have a credit score of 715 and my credit card rate has doubled. It is now 23.99%. It was 12.99%. I am being charged $48 worth of finance charges, onto my min. monthly balance. I am trying to do a balance transfer to avoid this 23.99apr.
