I was promised one mortgage, with a fixed rate by the loan officer at Wells Fargo, but at closing was given two mortgages which are subprime and almost impossible to afford.

Defendant: WELLS FARGO HOME MORTGAGE

My home has been listed in the papers twice for foreclosure. I am now suffering from high blood pressure due to stress from the constant calls from Wells Fargo and the inflexibilty of the company to work out any fair mortgage. I get four calls per day.
