Father died as result of failed seatbelt in headon collision.

My parents were in a head on collision July, 2005 whereby my father was the passenger in the front seat. Upon impact the airbag deployed. On sudden stop the seat belt failed and my father hit the windshield.

His injury was a brain bleed, he died as a result of impacting the windshield.

The seatbelt was proven beyond reasonable doubt that it failed when my father was thrust forward.
