I was deported and separated from my spouse and child for nine years.

I was deported in the year 2000 to my place of birth in the Philippines. I was raised as an American Filipino since I was 6 years of age. However I cannot speak the language and am ignorant to Filipino culture. I was adopted by my stepfather at the age of 13 but this did not have merrit for me to stay in the US. My child is fatherless and spouse was left alone.
