Defendant: A dentist

I was sedated, then numbed with medication, after numerous injections. The dentist arbitrarily refused to complete the oral surgery, after becoming angry because I talked back to him.

The dentist refused to refer me to another dentist, and refused to furnish me with any antibiotics, knowing I had periodontal disease.

He then wrote me a threatening letter, containing false statements, and gave a false report to police, with intent to harm me by involving law enforcement.
