Incompetent state workers failed to proved my children insurance

Defendant: NJ FamilyCare

NJ FamilyCare (www.njfamilycare.org) claims 30 days to process application. I am over 4 months of waiting with no answers. I have documented faxes, phone calls etc. My kids both have glasses and have failed eye exams at school, my daughter just chipped her tooth, my son broke his finger in a game...no insurance so I'm stuck. Also, I used to have insurance through them, missed my renewel by mistake and had to fill out new application. No information has changed reguarding my family income.
