Infringement of copyright, reproducing a registered domain name for other businesses to use, which this domain name was for the sole benefit of the creator, not for the entire Internet Community to benefit from. Now thousands of others businesses benefit from my Registered Domain name.

Defendant: Search Engine Companys

Registered Domain names in 2006. Now the Search Engine Companies are publishing/indexing thousands of other businesses under a Domain Name that was created for one business not for the use of thousands other businesses.
Even without the Extension of a .com, other businesses can be found with a title I created.
