Defendant: Microsoft Corp. (Xbox Live crash)

I was not able to spend my "down" time doing what I do to relax me after a hard day of work. Also it happened during holiday time and school off time so I could not play with my nephews who live 1200 miles away. This has been going on for weeks. Its frustrating and the constant "booting" off from the system has caused ranks to go down, because it looks like you quit to the system. I have two accounts and pay plenty for them. I am upset that I cant use either to play with my friends in CA, MA, KY, TN, and England.
