They removed my son from my custody for no reason.Submitted 2008-01-07Defendant: CPI, DCF They wanted my son and I to get away from my controlling paramour. When I did move out and went to a friends they checked the home out and the owners ID. 4 days later they came back and said they were taking my son. First they want me to get away, then when I do it still wasn't good enough? I still have trouble understanding why? This happened July 10, 2007. The state attorney told me that it wasn't because I am a bad parent, I just need my own home, job, finish school, do parenting classes, psychological eval, substance eval, BIP classes, individual counseling, family counseling and couples counseling, etc. -- Florida |
