Dental problems and damagesSubmitted 2007-12-29Defendant: Dilantin (side effects) I'm 36 years old and prior to taking Dilantin I never had problems with my teeth . Two years into my treatment with Dilantin I began breaking my molars and eventually one side tooth . And now, all of my teeth have been affected by the side effects of Dilantin. I'm having to go in and do repairs to all of my teeth. This is costing me huge amounts of money and has ben extremely painful due to infections, absesses, teeth breaking and more . Most of my molars have ben broken, I'm having bridges put in for those . The rest are being saved by root canals and crowns . I still won't know all the damages until my teeth, the ones I'll have left if any, will stablize over time . Dilantin has been nothing but a nightmare . -- Colorado * The views printed here do not necessarily represent the views of LawyersandSettlements.com but are solely the views of the author.
