After almost 7 years of payments to Fairfield Resorts, they are now saying we owe over 4,000.00 dollars for maintenance fees.

Defendant: Fairfield Resorts

When we purchased our Timeshare we were told that our payment and maintenance fees were in one payment. Now they are saying that we owe them this money. For almost 7 years we have made our Timeshare payments faithfully every month. The payment is automatically withdrawn out of our bank account. Now I am recieving letter stating that we owe over $4,000.00 and if we do not pay we are in jeopardy of losing our Timeshare. I feel this is unfair treatment and that Fairfield Resorts should be held accountable for this.
