Slipped & Fell chest first on a liquid substance that was on floor while shopping at Walmart.

Defendant: Slip and Fall

Hand and sometimes arm hurts. Have difficulty in doing normal chores around the house such as cooking, mopping, gardening because of the pain. Have problems sleeping without taking pain medication that allow temporary relief of pain to sleep during the night. Xrays of neck area shows bones structure pinching nerves which causes the pain to my arm. Difficulty in driving for long period of time. Unnecessary medical treatment & medical expenses
