I had a Medtronic Synergy spinal cord stimulator with two leads attached.Submitted 2007-12-20Defendant: Medtronic Sprint Fidelis (defective product) The system quit working 4 times. I had to have 5 different surgeries to fix broken leads and battery. Finally I had the system taken out last Oct. 2006. I have consent pain in my neck where they cut me open 6 six times. Physical therapy did not work for the pain.
