Defendant: Sunset Lakes Apartments

Tenant above me keeps overflowing her bathtub at least 30 times, security doors broken all the time, same tenant unsupervised and unruly grandchildren (sometimes noise all day), same tenant dog that visits of lives in apt. barking (no dogs allowed) management has not responded to my letters stop returning phone calls I withheld a portion of rent was given a 5 day notice. 1500.00 penalty if lease is broken lease is up in June. I want out
