Incorrect data caused me financial hardship.

Defendant: Carfax (incorrect data on used vehicles)

I was unable to sell my vehicle because Carfax reported my vehicle had 104,000 miles instead of 10,400 miles. I have had the oil changed three times at the same place, Kwik Kar (Kwik Industries), and it has to be them that reported it, as the report stated it was an oil change facility that reported the high milelage. I want justice, and who will pay the costs if I lose?
