Breech of Social Security number

Defendant: State of Nevada

I file a BK in 1999. I discovered on July 4th, 2007, that the court document was on line in five different places and had my social security number as well as my birthdate. I need to have this file closed, I have had my bank account breeched, credit inquires, etc. I am not disputing that the BK is public information, but my ss number is not.
