Has been in the shop and had parts heat sink replaced, fan, board and four hard drives and it is still not functioning properly. In total I have spent over 18 hours on the Tech support Line. I am partially disabled and no longer have the energy to continue this charade and the company will do nothing to help me but send me back to the tech support lines. I have been forced to buy another computer from a reliable source.
