I am continually denied social security and disability

Defendant: Social Security (SSI disability)

I have diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, hearing lost in both ears and limited use of my limbs at times. I drove Pace bus for 13 years and 8 months ago I was put out of service because I became insulin dependent.They have fixed it so that I cannot even receive unemployment they're telling me that I can still work in that capacity but I can't. I'm not able.
