W.R. Grace, CO, Zonolite Asbestos Insulation

A class action lawsuit is being filed against W.R. Grace, the owner of Western Minerals, a former Denver company which manufactured and distributed Zonolite. The suit is on behalf of the owners of 184,000 homes in Colorado which are insulated with Zonolite, which contains a highly toxic form of asbestos. The suit is seeking property damage costs associated with the insulation.
