A class action has been filed against Volkswagen of America on behalf of all individuals or entities in Ohio who owned or leased a 1999, 2000, 2001 or 2002 Volkswagen Jetta. The class action suit alleges that the front bumper assembly of the Jetta is made in such a way that it will hook onto a curb or parking wheel stop when the car is parked.
