Class action status is being sought in a suit filed against Hamilton County, Ohio on behalf of families whose deceased relatives were photographed without their family's permission while they were in the county morgue. The suit claims that the county was negligent in improperly supervising an employee who granted access for a photographer use the corpses as part of an artistic project, using props for some of the photos.
