Reports that Raft Fails to Inflate

Switlik Parachute Company has issued a national alert for and recall of its marine life raft.

The company has recently had reports from two life raft service stations of Switlik life raft inflation valves failing to operate properly and discharge the gas from the CO2 cylinder into the raft.
