O Magazine, Hearst Corporation and Hearst Magazines

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the magazines and publisher for allegedly employing a scam to trick, deceive and scare subscribers into paying money they do not owe. The suit claims O Magazine and Hearst Magazine subscribers often receive letters informing them their subscription payments are past due and threaten that unpaid accounts will affect credit standings. The class action claims the letters and invoices were part of a nationwide scheme to deceive subscribers into paying money for subscriptions which subscribers have already paid for in full.

I continue to receive these fraudulent invoices from the O Magazine, and have even paid twice. Please send me information regarding joining this class action.
