A lawsuit seeking class action status has been filed against the city of Minneapolis seeking reimbursement for the city's "Stop on Red" program. The program was earlier ruled invalid (a Hennepin County Judge ruled that the presumption conflicted with state law) because it presumed the owner of the vehicle photographed was also driving at the time.
