Sally Beauty Company

Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against Sally Beauty Company on behalf of The Stephan Co. and all similarly affected vendors. The suit claims that the 8% from vendor purchase orders that Sally deducts is supposed to be spent on "advertising" and "product development" for each of its vendors' products, however Sally only spends this money to promotes the products of certain larger vendors.
