Royal Bank of Canada

Class action status is being sought in a lawsuit filed against the Royal Bank of Canada on behalf of clients in regards to the bank's recent computer problems. A malfunction occurred due to a routine software update, preventing customer accounts from being updated just as payroll deposits were supposed to be going into the accounts and monthly payments such as mortgages and rents were supposed to be coming out.
