Natural Selection Foods

A class action lawsuit against Natural Selection Foods has been filed on behalf of restaurants damaged by contaminated spinach. Restaurant owners have had to throw out cases of bagged spinach and claim Natural Selection Foods acted irresponsibly. The lawsuit was filed in Cook County Circuit Court over spinach possibly tainted with E. coli and seeks only compensation for money spent on bagged spinach that had to be discarded.
