A class action lawsuit was filed on behalf of current and former owners of a home or other structure on which PABCO HO-25 or HZ-25 Roof Shingles were installed. The lawsuit was filed against Pacific Coast Building Products, Inc., d/b/a PABCO Roofing Products and claims shingles are defective and will exhibit fissures, crazing or will otherwise deteriorate or fail, and may cause leaks and/or property damage to roofs and structures.
