Overcharged by AOL?

Has an Internet Service Provider ("ISP"), such as AOL, been overcharging you? This seems to be an ongoing problem with certain ISPs.

Some customers allegedly have been charged for service before the expiration of their 90-day free trial period. Other customers allegedly have been billed for two accounts although they signed up for only one.

Malakoff Doyle & Finberg, P.C., a Pennsylvania law firm, is currently investigating a class action against the ISPs for improper billing practices.
