Old South Restaurant

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the Camden buffet restaurant. Nine customers are members of a punitive class of more than 300 others who ate at the restaurant and allegedly became ill. Plaintiffs include those who consumed food at Old South between May 20 to May 23 and developed salmonella or food poisoning. As a direct result of ingesting the undercooked turkey, plaintiffs endured nausea, fever, chills, diarrhea, vomiting and dehydration. As a result of their sickness, the plaintiffs have experienced pain and suffering and incurred medical bills and lost wages.
