Dr. Roald Fullerton

Adam Sumner-Brown claimed his obstetrician was negligent in managing his birth 16 years ago. This negligence allegedly led to Adams current state of cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The Tasmanian Government and Dr Fullerton's insurer will pay the Hobart family $4 million in damages. (Feb-18-05) [ ABC NEWS ]
