Canadian Government

A class action lawsuit has been filed against the federal government for allegedly using Canadian soldiers as test subjects for nuclear explosion radiation exposure. Soldiers were exposed to huge doses of radiation that allegedly caused radiation sickness and, later, cancers and untimely deaths. The lawsuit was filed in federal Court in Ottawa and claims the Canadian Government knew about the health risks associated with radiation exposure, but failed to inform soldiers.

Between 1946 and 1963, Canadian soldiers were exposed to dangerous levels of radiation at secret nuclear weapon testing locations in the US, Australia, and Pacific Ocean. Of the soldiers still alive today, many are ill with cancer and other diseases, as are their offspring. Soldiers were put in 'safe zones,' but when the explosions went off, they could see through each other like x-rays.
