Masters, alleges that her entire 16-digit Lowe's credit card number was printed on a receipt following a purchase on October 15, 2007. She claims the store was negligent by printing the number and is violation of the Fair and Accurate Transactions Act (FACTA). The class action seeks statutory damages of $100 to $1,000 per violation, punitive damages, attorneys' fees, litigation expenses and costs.
