Kia Sephia, PA

Class action status has been certified in the class action lawsuit filed on behalf of Pennsylvania residents who purchased or leased a Kia Sephia automobile between January 17, 1997 and January 17, 2001. The suit alleges that the Sephia 1997, 1998, 1999, and 2000 model automobiles have defects in their braking system which is a breach of warranty and a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act.
