A class action lawsuit filed against Insight Communications states that its customers paid for a service they didn't receive when its high speed Internet crashed. Many people allegedly did not receive Insight's broadband service for weeks. The lawsuit is asking exactly what credits will be for customers and how they will be determined, as well as asking that customers' accounts be credited for lost service.
