Imagitas Inc.

Missouri motorists have filed a lawsuit seeking class action status against the marketing services firm for advertising inside automobile registration packets mailed to Missouri car owners. Imagitas partnered with the state Department of Revenue earlier this year to offset printing costs by putting advertisements in vehicle registration renewal packets. The suit claims the practice violates federal privacy law baring the use of personal information contained in motor vehicle records for nongovernmental purposes.

If you feel you should be included in this possible class action, please contact Doug Gentile of Douthit Frets Rouse Gentile & Rhodes directly.
